Our friends at the New England Venture Capital Association are just launching an incubator for promising startups in the region, called CriticalMass.  Jamie Goldstein, a partner at NorthBridge Venture Partners and the President of NEVCA, was the driving force behind the initiative, and he came to us for help explaining it to the world.

We went through a quick-and-dirty version of our One Simple Thing development process, resulting in the Message Model below:

Jamie brought it to life in his opening remarks the other night, opening with some props to Holland-Mark.

Next up is conversion of the New England Venture Capital Association’s brand identity to align with their Message Model, followed by an audit of every other external touchpoint to do the same.
