Kim Gorton is the third generation CEO of Slade Gorton, a $300 million business-to-business brand that distributes and sells seafood through a variety of different wholesale and retail channels. When Slade launched its premium brand, IcyBay, they stumbled in delivery and market reception was less than positive.
