Post 390 Restaurant

Post 390 is the latest restaurant concept of the Himmel Hospitality restaurant group, the creators of Grill 23 and Harvest, two of the most popular Boston fine dining eateries. Holland-Mark was selected to launch Post in the fall of 2009. Working with managing partner Chris Himmel and his team the firm participated in every aspect of brand definition, from core positioning and outreach to interior design and the on premise experience. The launch was the most successful in Himmel’s history with the 312 seat restaurant booked solid for months after opening. Today Holland-Mark continues to provide strategic and experiential counsel to Himmel regarding all three Boston restaurants.
