Bryant University

The third of the 3 “B” schools in New England (Babson and Bentley) and less recognized for its significant growth and distinction, the Bryant leadership and its president Ron Machtley were frustrated at the lack of overall recognition and the softening admissions numbers. Holland-Mark was retained to conduct an expansive research initiative that could inform a more effective messaging strategy. The result of that body of work was the decision to position and re-focus Bryant’s core message and delivery on the idea of “The One” – that of their competitor schools Bryant is the only university that brings together liberal arts and business curricula in ways that really prepare their students for jobs, careers and the real world.
