Job Description: We’re seeking an account manager to join our client services team. The position is for a successful project manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, advertising, digital production or graphic design. You are an incredibly effective communicator and have a proven record of building succesful client relationships. The clients you’ve worked with love you because you’ve taken the time to understand their business, their goals and their challenges and they recognize that you are an enabler of their success. Plus, they really like you and you really like them.
Along the way you need to:
- Be a pro-active and efficient project manager
- Ensure project costs remain aligned with estimated budget
- Coordinate teams and resources to meet project milestone deadlines
- Communicate project scope changes and their impact on project budget
- Maintain client satisfaction and exceed expectations by delivering projects on-time and on-budget
- Be the most knowledgeable person at our company about what is happening in the larger context of your client’s business
- Be truthful and transparent at all times
- Manage the flow of work through the company
- Ensure that everyone else knows what they’re responsible for, when it’s due, and that it gets done
- Strong project management skills with experience in a professional services firm

Job Description: You are a senior marcomm strategist capable of building C-level relationships within our client organizations; a leader, mentor and teacher; and have a passion for building brands and growing businesses. As a leader of our account services function, you come to us with the following attributes:
- 10+ years of agency experience
- Capable of developing a strategic vision for both HM and our clients and being the chief architect in executing against the strategy
- The ability to teach and institutionalize our marcomm planning and implementation competencies
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor direct reports
- A track record of developing and maintaining relationships at all levels within client organizations
- The ability to help client’s understand/articulate their marketing challenges and opportunities; construct strategies and tactics that address these challenges; guide the Agency through implementation and execution
- Capable of selling ideas both internally and with clients
You need to be able to craft marketing strategy, obtain client buy-in and budget, and lead the HM team through the tactical execution. You must be self-motivated, a multi-tasker and driven to meet deadlines.
