There are so many small and &#039;not-so-small&#039; businesses that jump onto the bandwagong without any previous discussion of strategy, resources, metrics, etc. The consequences are only too easy to predict.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thank you for simplifying with such brilliance a complex issue.</description>
